We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Tracking information provided

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of certain products, some items may have special shipping requirements:

  • Large furniture items (beds, bedroom sets, dining room sets) may require additional processing time
  • Some assembled items may incur additional shipping fees

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging)
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Certain items are final sale (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons:

  • Custom or special order furniture
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Assembled furniture that has been used

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement (typically 3-10 business days after processing).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
