Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items that have been assembled or used
- Clearance or final sale items (will be marked as such)
Please note: Bed frames and large furniture items that have been assembled may be subject to restocking fees if returned.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped within 2 business days of approval
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For international orders (outside the U.S.), please contact us before returning any items. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs.
